Burke Engineering, Inc.

The Problem


Burke Engineering's Office Manager discovered a re-occurring problem where employees incorrectly completed initial employee forms. Missing information on these forms resulted in the employees' paychecks being delayed. The Office Manager's duties were also interrupted due to the time and effort it took to retrieve the necessary information.
