There is a problem with the communicating process in
the Kappa Delta Sorority.
Why?
Members are not receiving complete information
when they miss meetings.
Why?
Because there is no central means of receiving all
of the information discussed.
Why?
Because information gets distorted when passed on from
person to person and all announcements are not written down.
Why?
Because there is no method of recording and distributing
all information communicated at meetings.
Why?
No one has considered finding a means of communicating
written info to all members of Kappa Delta.
